COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING ON ALL STANDARD CONTINENTAL US ORDERS*

*Standard orders are complete cases. (4 – 4L cans, 20 – 1L cans, 10 – 1L cans, 1 – 20L tub, 1 – 60L tub, 1 – 209L drum or 1 – 1,000L tote). Nonstandard shipments will be subject to normal ground shipping rates.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping
We offer complimentary ground or freight shipping via FedEx or DHL on all standard Continental US orders. A surcharge may apply to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. You or an authorized person must sign for your order upon arrival. If you are unable to sign for your package a delivery reattempt will be made.

Expedited Shipping
Overnight orders must be placed by 3 PM CST. Not all orders can be shipped overnight. Please contact us at [email protected] to verify if order is possible. Overnight orders must select overnight shipping on the product page. Place your orders with confidence.

Order Tracking
Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address on file. If you would prefer it to be sent to a different email address or an additional email address, please make a note in the comment section. If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it has not come to either send us an email at [email protected] or call us at +1 844-472-5356. We will be available for phone calls Monday – Friday, 8 – 5 PM.

Shipping Schedule and Cutoff Times
Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed before 1 PM CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM CST will ship the next business day. Some orders placed after 1 PM CST can ship the same business day. Be prepared.

Delivery Times
Freight deliveries take approximately 1-3 days on average depending on location. Ground shipping takes approximately 1-4 days on average depending on location. Most orders arrive within 2 business days once shipped. Overnight shipping usually delivers next business day.

Errors, Shortages and Damage
Risi Performance Oils, LLC shall not be held liable for delays, damages or unforeseen circumstances caused by the shipping companies. We will do everything possible to help correct any situation that may arise. Shortages must be reported within 1 business day of delivery. Damages must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged items will be corrected at no charge to you unless the damage is found to be caused after delivery. Shortages will be corrected at no charge to you once verified.

Returns
Returns must be submitted within 14 days of order. Please contact us at [email protected] for an RMA. Items must be unused, unopened and in sellable condition. Customer is responsible for return freight charges for any item ordered in error or not needed. Items sent in error on our side will be returned and exchanged at no cost to you. Once items are received and processed a credit will be issued to you. Please include a copy of your invoice.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We do not store any of your data for any reason other than order placement.
