Fully synthetic lubricant for Limited Slip differentials and “Transaxle” transmissions also working under heavy duty conditions. Pakelo Global Gear DLS 75W90 is a special fully synthetic product formulated with selected base stocks and performance additives with a very high technological content.
The formulation is the result of an innovative chemistry, studied for facing extreme working conditions and to optimize mechanic efficiency.
In particular, the EP additivation contrasts micro-welding that can generate on cogs preventing in this way metal to metal contact and wear phenomena such as scoring, abrasion, ruffle, and cogs stretching also of hypoid gears. The use of a particular and specific Friction Modifier (Limited Slip additivation) enables to use the product in Limited Slip differentials reducing successfully stick-slip phenomena also under heavy specific loads. An excellent mechanic efficiency lessens operating noise. Thanks to its special formulation the product can be used where a lubricant with an API GL-5 performance level is recommended. Compatibility with synchronizers (also in molybdenum or bronze) and a correct friction coefficient enable this product to be used also where an API GL-4 is recommended.
The excellent compatibility with gaskets, also at high temperatures, allows the product to operate efficiently without losses and/or leaking guaranteeing greater environment concern. Pakelo Global Gear DLS 75W90 provides excellent fluency at low temperatures. This provides an almost immediate lubrication also under extremely rigid ambient conditions. The High Viscosity Index means more stable lubrication while temperature changes and furthermore improves life and operativeness of moving parts.
Tests made on transaxles at constant temperatures between 140°C and 160°C for more than 50 hours have shown very high thermal-oxidative stability, reduced formation of abrasive deposits and wear, exceptional resistance to the formation of sludge and lacquers, extreme cleanliness of gears and bearings, increasing in this way mechanical efficiency.
Pakelo Global Gear DLS 75W90 provides the following advantages;

- excellent fluency at low temperatures: this provides an immediate lubrication also under extremely rigid ambient conditions;
- high thermal-oxidative stability and protection against sludge, varnish and deposits;
- high anti-rust, anti-wear and anti-foam characteristics;

Pakelo Global Gear DLS 75W90 has been developed for Limited Slip differentials and “Transaxle” transmissions also working under heavy duty conditions. The choice of suitable viscosity grades must be made in compliance with Recommendations from Constructors and according to ambient temperatures.
